IMPORTANT UNIFORM REMINDER: 2021 marks the end of a 2 year uniform cycle for Perry United.  All Club Players must have the new uniform kit by the upcoming Fall 2021 session.  Some teams may transition earlier based on coaches choice.  

*The complete uniform kit includes: (1) jersey, (1) pair shorts, (1) pair socks.

• Click on “Perry Township Youth Soccer Club”
• Choose a Boys or Girls Kit
• Enter your child’s name and their approved jersey #
  • Jersey #s are approved by your child’s coach.
  • Size the required products and add to cart.
