Refund / Cancellation Policy

If a player is unable to participate and advises Perry Township Youth Soccer Club (“Club”) of that fact:

1) Prior to the first PRACTICE of the season, the Club will refund 100% of the registration minus a $5 service fee.

2) Prior to the first GAME of the season, the Club will refund 75% of the registration fee minus a $5 service fee.

3) After the first game of the season for your child’s team, there will be no refund and no application of the registration fee towards the next season. 

If PTYSC has to cancel an entire season, for any reason, registrations will be refunded minus a $5 service fee.

If PTYSC has to cancel a portion of a season, for any reason, a registration refund policy will be adopted by the PTYSC Board, which takes into consideration: Club registration costs; Club league costs; length of the partial season; service fees, and; any other expense incurred by the Club for that season.
